Health & Safety – A vital aspect of our attitude to the importance of the customer and to our role in the provision of life support is the necessity to focus on Health & Safety. Daily checks are made on kitchens and stores to ensure Muscat Municipality standards are maintained. We train our staff based on our own HSE Manual prepared in accordance to the European Union standard.
We are fully compliant with ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety Management System as certified by Globally recognized certification body 'TUV Sud'.
Hygiene is one of the most important aspects in United Catering 's operation. All staff members are carefully selected after undergoing a stringent medical/fitness to work examination. They receive 'live' progressive training in all aspects of food handling and environmental hygiene.
